Where can I view my proof of purchase?
In principle, you will receive your proof of purchase by e-mail to the e-mail address you have chosen, which you can enter in the payment process.
If this is not the case, you can always request the proof of purchase from us by e-mail.
How can I return an item?
You can simply return an item to us within 30 days.
Pay attention to the address and the other details in our Guideline for returns.
Will you restock the items marked as "out of stock"?
Basically, we usually only have small stocks of our items, as we buy our items from auctions, insolvencies, bankruptcy estates and returned goods.
If we buy the item again, it will of course be listed with us again.
How can I collect my item from you?
You can simply drive to the address in our imprint and collect the item from us. We always look forward to seeing new faces!
